Carole is a busy Pilates teacher with a full schedule of classes and a growing business. She wanted to create a new website and needed imagery that felt warm, light, organic and grounded in earthy tones.

Starting Point

Carole already had an established Pilates practice, with a full schedule of classes and lots of clients. She needed a visual library that could reflect the warmth of her work and give people a better sense of who she is and what her classes feel like.

Challenge

We wanted to go beyond traditional Pilates photography and create images that felt natural, warm and inviting, showing not only the movement, but also Carole’s personality, her teaching style and the connection she has with her clients.

Shooting Concept

We chose a beautiful, light-filled room with white walls as our setting, bringing warmth through earthy colours, carefully chosen clothing and Pilates props.

Rather than creating a series of static poses, we worked with movement, allowing Carole to flow naturally through the exercises. One of her clients joined us too, giving us the opportunity to capture the connection between teacher and student and the way Carole supports the people she works with.

Alongside the Pilates imagery, we photographed Carole’s business side and created a collection of natural portraits.

Outcome

A large and varied collection of photographs showing Carole, her teaching, her clients and the personality behind her business, giving her a versatile image library for her future website and ongoing content.
