Coach
Joyce came to me at the beginning of an exciting new chapter. After retiring from her previous career, she was starting a coaching business and having a fresh website created (website design by Elizabeth Ellery). She needed photographs that would bring the new brand to life and communicate the energy she wanted to share with her audience.
Starting Point
Joyce was building her new business from the ground up, with a fresh website and a new professional identity. She wanted her photography to feel professional, vibrant, warm and fun, while still feeling completely true to her.
Challenge
We needed to create a visual story that introduced Joyce as a coach while showing the person behind the business. Her life outside work was an important part of who she was, so it felt natural to include the countryside she lives in and one of her favourite things, walking her dog.
Shooting Concept
We worked across several locations, creating variety through different environments, colours and activities.
Alongside portraits and images connected to Joyce's coaching work, we incorporated her love of the outdoors and time spent walking her dog. This gave the photographs a more personal, relaxed feel and allowed us to show different sides of Joyce within one cohesive collection.
Outcome
A vibrant and varied collection of brand photographs that helped Joyce introduce herself in her new role as a coach, bringing warmth, personality and energy to her new website and giving her plenty of imagery to carry her new brand into the world.
