Sky is a healer, medical intuitive and mentor who runs online programmes and has a strong, active presence online. At the time of our shoot, her marketing was already very full-on, with a dedicated person managing her social media — but constantly creating selfies and fresh content herself had become a lot of work. She was also a new mum, so we wanted to make space for that part of her life in the story too.

Starting Point

Sky had a busy online business with a constant need for fresh visual content. She was regularly taking photographs of herself to keep up with her social media, alongside running her business and caring for a new baby.

Challenge

We wanted to create a substantial bank of imagery that could take some of the pressure off Sky and give her marketing team plenty to work with, while capturing not only her professional work, but the person and life behind it.

Shooting Concept

We created a varied collection of images around Sky’s work, personality and everyday life. Alongside photographs connected to her business and online programmes, we included moments from her life as a new mum, creating imagery that felt personal and authentic to this particular chapter of her life.

Outcome

A versatile library of brand and personal imagery that could support Sky’s ongoing marketing without requiring her to constantly create new photographs herself, taking a significant task off her shoulders while bringing more of her personality and real life into her brand.
